Your private sessions take place in our dedicated 1:1 studio, with access to the full suite of Pilates equipment including the reformer, cadillac, chair, barrels, and small props. This allows for hundreds of exercise possibilities, all carefully adapted to suit your individual needs and goals.
Each session begins with a holistic assessment of how you move - looking at patterns and relationships within the body, rather than isolated symptoms alone. From there, your instructor designs a personalised programme to support your priorities, whether that’s injury rehabilitation, chronic pain management, surgical preparation, or moving with greater ease and confidence.
This is movement education, not just exercise. You’ll learn the why behind each movement, developing body awareness and neuromuscular efficiency that supports meaningful, lasting change - both in and beyond the studio.
